On Sunday 3 January 2010 ignoring the snowy and icy conditions 18 members of the club plus 4 guests turned out on Sutton lawns to compete in the annual Christmas Cross Country Handicap. Four races are held Under 13 Boys and Girls over approx 1500metres, Over 13 Girls/Senior Women over 1.42 miles and Over 13 Boys/Senior Men over 3.16 miles. Afterwards everyone was invited to the Scout Hut on the Lammas for refreshments.
