Rules
These standards are from Sutton-in Ashfield Harriers Club Members only,
Presentatations will be given at the awards evening each year in Oct/ Nov
The Standard must be achieved in 12 months from achieving the first registered grading
Times and details to be registered with Joyce Stevens
To be awarded a GOLD-SILVER or BRONZE award the neassary standard must be achieved in three of the four different distances ( in the required age range)
The lowest standard achieved will be the one awarded
